2、單梁起重機(jī)在頻繁啟動(dòng)情況下，由于轉(zhuǎn)速低引起通風(fēng)冷卻能力的降低，而且電流較大，電機(jī)溫升會(huì)很快的提高，應(yīng)當(dāng)要注意電機(jī)溫升不能超過其說明書上規(guī)定的上限值，按照電動(dòng)機(jī)使用說明書的要求調(diào)整制動(dòng)器。

2. 3、在單梁起重機(jī)使用不是很頻繁且又密封狀況和使用環(huán)境良好的情況下，單梁起重機(jī)減速箱內(nèi)的潤(rùn)滑油每半年需要更換一次，單梁起重機(jī)在使用環(huán)境惡劣的情況下，每個(gè)季度需要更換一次。

3. 發(fā)現(xiàn)箱內(nèi)進(jìn)水或是油面始終有泡沫并且確定油已經(jīng)變質(zhì)的時(shí)候，必須立即換油，換油時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照減速箱使用說明書規(guī)定的油品進(jìn)行更換，一定要避免油品混合使用。
